OUR STRUCTURE
The GSOL Group's activities are focused on two well-defined business areas: IT solutions and communications solutions. Following this concept, GSCOM is the division responsible for all telecommunications products and services, and GSOL IT is the division responsible for IT and data center products and services. This combines technology and infrastructure with the talent and innovation of the professionals who make up the Group's two teams. The result is a strong group ready to serve with innovative and secure IT, telecom, and data center solutions.
GSOL maintains commercial offices in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, as well as two operational bases in Rio de Janeiro. Our points of presence cover the major cities of the state of Rio de Janeiro with its own infrastructure. We also have points of presence in São Paulo and throughout Brazil through connections with the country's largest carriers.
The GSOL Group's infrastructure is based in data centers in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, where internet access is provided through redundant and independent fiber optic connections, connected to high-capacity routers and switches, along with Internet Exchange Points (PEPs) with other carriers. We use BGP4 and OSPF protocols, ensuring our customers high availability for voice, image, and data transfer and access speed, whether their team is in Brazil or abroad.

Energy
"Distributed across two distinct circuits connected to two separate power generation and distribution substations. State-of-the-art No-Breaks with a 90-minute autonomy, four generators of 480 KVA each with the potential to generate power for a week without refueling.
Cooling
Operated by a system with inflation machines, divided into two groups, which operate independently. Temperature sensors control it and the humidity every 10m² to ensure compliance with international standards.
Security
Secured by steel doors and motion-sensitive cameras. Only authorized personnel have access to the Datacenters.
Fire
To prevent fires, ionic, optical, and thermovelocimetric sensors detect and extinguish the first signs of fire with FM200 gas that combats the embers without damaging the equipment. This type of incident has never occurred in our Datacenters.
NOC
Network Operations Center: Equipped with experienced technicians who monitor the entire infrastructure and platforms of the Datacenters, as well as incoming and outgoing traffic, ensuring SLA contract compliance.
Link
Our infrastructure consists of Wireless Radio Link and our own fiber optic network, providing redundancy and efficient coverage.
